He has individually sold close to $1 billion in properties, and is ranked #60 by The Wall Street Journal out of over one million agents nationwide. His award-winning approach to service has been profiled on ABC News and the Fine Living Network, as well as in The Wall Street Journal, Consumer Reports, and the Los Angeles Times. He has been a Real Estate columnist for local newspapers and has published 200 real estate articles. Since 2004, Anthony has guest lectured for UCLA’s real estate principles class, and he co-authored the book California Real Estate Client Strategies.
Anthony has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Riverside, where he received the Outstanding Alumnus Award. In addition, he was enrolled in the MRED program (Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance) at USC. He is an active member in several real estate organizations, including the State and National Association of Realtors, and holds several professional designations such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. He is an expert negotiator thanks to his completion of the highly respected KARASS seminars course, which has helped save tens of thousands of dollars for his many clients. He truly believes in giving back to his community. As a former vice president of the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce, Anthony is passionate about giving back 10% of his net commission from every sale to the charity of his clients’ choice.
