Daniel began his career in real estate in 2012 after having successful careers both as a Naval Submarine Officer and Defense Contractor. His HyperLocal strategy led to one of the fastest starts in real estate history, generating over $22 million in transaction volume his first year. His teams, Orange Line Living and The Keri Shull Team, have since gone on to be ranked in the top 35 teams nationally and number 1 in Virginia as ranked by Real Trends in the Wall Street Journal.
Daniel founded the Orange Line Living Brand in 2011 in order to provide clients with unique and highly specialized real estate services.
Since that time Dan has represented more buyers and sellers in Arlington’s popular Orange Line Corridor than any other real estate agent. In January 2013 Dan co-founded the City Smart Living team and it quickly became one of the area’s highest producing real estate teams with over 60 transactions totaling nearly $40 million in sales in the first 9 months.
