Today, their group is the #1 Real Estate Team in the Monmouth and Ocean County region and they have been ranked in the top 100 teams in the USA. Justin is known as the real estate rain man within the group, his previous experience working with buyers and sellers closing over 350 homes for clients have led to a wealth of knowledge that he’s able to share with his clients and team. Being able to give tips and advice in every facet of the real estate transaction goes a long way and is a value that cannot be determined initially. Every transaction is an investment as well as a home for Justin’s client for many years to come and his efforts are validated when his client refers him to people they know and trust. Justin’s goal is to take his clients wants and needs and elevate them to the next level with outstanding 5-star service and let them know everything they should have been thinking yet were not, full disclosure is just the beginning!

Thomas Zdanowicz

Thomas was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1977 and moved to Brick, NJ at the age of 2. Graduating Brick High School in 1995, he went on to study Business as well as play Division 1AA Football at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. Graduated Monmouth University attaining a BS in Business Administration with a 3.7 GPA in his major and 3.3 GPA overall. Out of college Thomas began working in the Securities Industry at Datek Online Brokerage from 2000 to 2003.  At Datek he became a Series 7, 63 & 24 Registered Representative and assisted clients in opening, funding and answering questions about their trading accounts while also placing trades as well.  After they relocated in 2003, he left Datek Online and began selling real estate at Century 21 Solid Gold in Brick, NJ.  Thomas worked there for a year before moving to Foxtons Real Estate in 2004. He began as an Inside Sales Agent making outbound calls to internet leads, xpired listings and “for sale by owner” homes.  Within a year he was promoted to the Recruiting Department where he recruited and interviewed real estate agents and other staff members. After about a year Thomas requested to become a sales agent again.  He moved to the Buyer Agent position in the company and shortly after was promoted to Listing Agent for the Monmouth County Region where he had at most times 100 listings to manage.  Thomas also managed 10 Buyer Agents within his territory.  He continued at that position for 2 years at which point in 2007 Foxtons filed bankruptcy and they all lost their jobs immediately.  Himself and a few of the other top producing Foxtons real estate agents formed a real estate team known as The Ocean’s Six Group.  They joined Century 21 Pacesetter in Toms River, NJ for a little over a year when they eventually made their final move to RE/MAX Real Estate LTD in Brick, NJ.  Their real estate team The Ocean’s Six Group has been at RE/MAX Real Estate LTD ever since and has become one of the top 10 teams in NJ year in and year out.

In 2016 they finally broke into top 100 RE/MAX teams in the US ranking at #69 with 314 units sold and over 83 million in gross volume.  In addition, in April of 2016 they partnered with their current Broker of Record and Karen Symington to open a new branch of RE/MAX Real Estate LTD in Wall, NJ.  They have been opened now for just under a year and currently have 36 Sales Associates.  He has been the Broker/Manager of the office for the past year. Here in their Wall Office alone, they are currently averaging approximately 9 Million in Gross Volume each month with a goal of 120 Million here in 2017.  They look forward to the opportunity to supplement their thriving real estate business by capturing the mortgage business from the clients of which they have already worked hard to gain the trust. These dual services will work hand in hand here at their Wall Office as well as the existing Brick and Lavalette Offices….and coming soon their Little Silver/Shrewsbury Office

Abram Covella

Abram has resided in Ocean County for over 30 years graduating from Central Regional High School then moving on to Ocean County College where he attained an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science. After finishing OCC, he then decided to further his education and attended Brick Computer Science Institute. During that time, Abram was recruited by YHD and after only a few months he realized he found his calling. Abram excelled at Foxtons, working his way up to Regional Manager of 60+ inside agents where he was responsible for training, prospecting, marketing, statistical analysis, and recruiting. Abram had the number one Sales Team for 2 continuous years and proved that with the right training and ongoing support, almost anyone could be molded into a successful real estate agent. After working with Foxtons for 6 years, he decided along with other top dynamic agents to form “The Ocean’s Six Group”, a full-service team of professionals geared to successfully navigate the ever-changing real estate market. He is the Team Manager and oversee the global marketing campaign, reports and statistical analysis on advanced market research. After years of successful sales and growth, himself and his partners opened a new office in Wall Twp, NJ for RE/MAX Real Estate Ltd with one vision in mind, “Real Estate is our Thing, Our Agents are our Everything.” They grew the office to 35+ agents committed to excellence and providing 5-star service to all clients.
