As an individual loan producer Scott has obtained the highest ranks or production falling in the top 1% of mortgage originators nationwide. His current team does over $100,000,000 in loans annually, the region he co-manages does nearly $1 billion in loans annaully, and his coaching programs helps hundreds of sales people annually. 

Scott has received awards from multiple banks for loan production, customer satisfaction, and exemplary ethics. He currently serves as the regional manager and top producing loan officer for the Pasadena branch of New American Funding. He is also the co-owner of Consolidated Coaching – a ‘first of it’s kind’ sales training program that merges the concepts of accountability, lead generation, appreciative inquiry, and personal development to enhance some of the best commission sales people in the country. 

While away from the office, Scott spends his free time boxing, hiking through the beautiful foothills of California with his son Gabriel & daughter Aline, or catching Hollywood’s newest release with his wife Karina. An avid reader and Audible.com junkie, Scott enjoys using his book knowledge and business skills to give back to the community by donating his time and money to organizations like Beat The Streets LA (an after school wrestling program for under-served communities) and coaching young men as they start their careers.
