A licensed Realtor® in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Steve Pemberton also holds several professional designations including the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). In addition, he is a former Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA). In the past, Steve has been the top Coldwell Banker Real Estate professional in: salesperson in Minnesota, the entire Midwestern U.S. and in 1998, he was named to the top 10 highest producing Real Estate professionals within Coldwell Banker for the entire country. Steve has also been named a “Super Agent” for 14 consecutive years by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Minnesota Business publications.
But that’s not all…. A former competitive golfer, Steve was appointed housing and accommodations coordinator of the 2002 PGA Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club, Chaska, MN. His role was to interact and place the world’s top golf professionals in private housing during the championship. Steve was also selected to marshall the Ryder Cup matches at Medinah (Chicago) in 2012, and has recently been honored to be in the Ryder Cup as a Standard Bearer (walking scorer) at Hazeltine during the 2016 Ryder Cup matches, Chaska MN.
