Claudia is the Team Leader/Owner of The Legacy Group in Keller Williams Spokane, WA.   Born and raised in Colombia, South America, she grew up in a family of successful entrepreneurs. Claudia moved to United States in early 2003 to learn English as a second language. Two years later Claudia got her real estate license and became a buyers agent of, at the time, a well known team within Keller Williams. At the end of 2007, despite the state of the market and the economy, Claudia and her partner decided to open their own team. They went from closing 120 homes in 2008, to 180 in 2009, and continued increasing sales year after year for a total of 386 closed sales in 2014.
