Tracy Cousineau

Tracy Cousineau has been a leader in Metro Atlanta/North Georgia community and Real Estate since 1999. Tracy has three daughters, started with virtually nothing, a very similar success story to Barbara Corcoran and how she started it all. She’s the co founder of Real Estate Expert Advisors, respectively achieving INC 5000’s 354th fastest growing privately held companies in America in 2016, 904th in 2017. In 2015, Tracy co authored a Best Selling book with world renowned author and motivational speaker Brian Tracy, titled “Uncommon.” Her latest book, “Inside Secrets of an Inc 500 Real Estate Firm” subtitled “How to Maximize your profits while Selling your home” is expected to be released in late 2018. She also has coached Top Producing real estate team leaders/brokers throughout the country and spoke at high level real estate events. Tracy knew there was a better way to serve the consumer of Real Estate. In 2013, she adopted principles to serve the consumers as clients before they were clients, that’s when standards were rose above hiring traditional real estate agents, the Expert Advisor was born. Tracy only hires Full Time real estate agents (Expert Advisors) that must go through a rigorous 84 day on board training and it doesn’t stop there with continual ongoing training. All Expert Advisors are trained on over 115 Variables involved in their home selling process for sellers and 81 variables for home buyers. Tracy’s proven system to get home sellers Up to 18% more money than traditional agents has been heard of and seen on several different Radio and TV outlets in Metro Atlanta. The system also Sold 97 homes that were previously listed with other agents and failed to sell in 2017.
